An Outdoor Wedding That's You
Our Venue offers an amazing outdoor setting for those looking to create their dream wedding in a magical Tipi or Marquee from our nominated supplier. The hotels surroundings also make the perfect backdrop for those cherished photos. The Holiday Inn Rugby - Northampton M1 J18 is also licensed to hold civil ceremonies and have ample car parking spaces for your guests.
Being located on the grounds of the hotel also means you and your guests can celebrate the night away and book an overnight stay where you can enjoy a freshly cooked English breakfast the following day.

The Albany Suite
Perfect for your Wedding Breakfast, reception drinks and your evening reception with your nearest and dearest. Our Albany Suite can cater for all your special events.
- Located in our Academy Area
- Space around it is yours which can be used for reception drinks, sweet tables, buffet or even photo booth hire.
- 120 guests for a sit down meal or 150 for an informal buffet or evening reception.
- The room has air conditioning, mood lighting and doors that open on to our fabulous grounds making this room ideal for those warm summer days.
- The Albany Suite benefits from its own large dance floor with space for entertainment such as a disco or a band.

The Stanford Suite
Our Stanford Suite is the perfect space for the more intimate gathering, ideal for smaller events, including receptions, breakfasts and civil ceremonies, our suite can be transformed to exactly what you've envisioned.

- This room can be used as a ceremony room or for the wedding breakfast and evening reception for more intimate celebrations.
- It is located on the ground floor with natural daylight, air conditioning and mood lighting.

The Crick Suite
Our Crick Suite is licensed for civil ceremonies and is the perfect room if you want just your closest friends and family to witness you saying those all important words.
